These terms cover the work Harben Motors carries out. By booking your car in you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are our standard prices. Servicing from a starting price, tyres and clutches, and any larger repair depend on your car and its condition. We give you a quote before we start, and we do not add charges without your say so.

Diagnostics

Diagnostics are 55. If you book the repair with us, we waive that fee.

Our work and your parts

Every part we fit is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. We photograph work before and after so you can see what we did. If something is not right with the work we carried out, contact us and we will put it right.

Booking and cancellations

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel a booking, so we can offer the time to another customer. Courtesy cars are subject to availability and arranged in advance.
